Returns

  • Items are eligible for return as long as the original tags are attached or they are unopened in the original packaging. *multi-packs must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns of multi-packs. 
  • For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns of panties or personal care products that have been opened.
  • Bras, socks and other non-panty apparel may be tried on, but we cannot accept returns of any item that shows signs of being worn or is missing original tags.

    Good, but not great

    Overall, I like this bra, but it isn't great. The bra is great at keeping my flanges in place and it's generally comfortable while pumping. However, the sizing seems a little off. I got a small based on the size chart but the coverage feels minimal, and I am in the lower-middle of the small size range. Maybe it's just the shape of the cups, but I wonder if a medium would have been more comfortable.

    The other thing that I don't like about this bra is the material. While the silk-like material looks nice and is soft and comfortable, unfortunately milk drops leave a mark on the bra. It's not a huge deal, but considering this is a nursing and pumping bra, I do wish that it would be a little more discrete when I inevitably get milk on it. The material is also really thin. This is probably personal preference, but I wish the fabric were thicker.

    Takes more time to put it on than to hold flanges

    The slit is really narrow and awkwardly spaced, so the silicone part of my Pumpables Liquid Shields get dislodged every time i place them in the bra and then i have to fix them and recenter them. It adds 5-10 minutes to my 15 minute pumping session. Would more efficient to just hold the flanges and sit somewhere.

    Also the fabric feels super synthetic and icky. I would only wear it to pump and then take it off, wear another nursing bra. I hate it against my skin and it doesn’t breathe.

    To top it off, I had two unsatisfactory interactions with customer service. I wanted to take advantage of my 10% off first order discount but was told the order total would have to be $125. My total was $56, instead of giving me that response they could have offered $5 as a gesture.

    Then when I reached out to give feedback about the bra, i received a response stating “ we haven't heard of this experience happening before.” But then also sent me an FAQ article about how they don’t recommend the bra with silicone flanges and how customers came up with a workaround. Which I found insincere. This will be my last and only engagement with this company. Seems they are spending all their resources on social media ads.

We completely understand your frustration you've encountered while using your Pumpables Liquid Shields. To clarify, the bra can be used with silicone flanges, but we found that the silicone can get caught on the Bra fabric, which makes sliding the flange in and out challenging. In this case, we recommend inserting the flange through the inside of the bra opening.     not worth it

    hard to get the sizing right on this bra. the L was too big for me, but unfortunately you can't make exchanges with Bodily, so you lose the $8 shipping fee you paid, and have to pay an additional $8 shipping fee to make a new order for the right size (plus a $5 processing fee). all of these fees alone aren't worth trying this one out - not to mention the high cost of this bra already!

    I loved this bra before but the new thicker straps are a game changer! Hands down the best bra for nursing and pumping. Bonus that it’s cute
