WHEN WILL MY BODILY ORDER SHIP?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve got it.
Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed within 3 business days. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays.
During high-volume periods (like sales or holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
PRESELL PURCHASES
Presale items follow the timing shared at checkout. Processing begins once the new inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Only presale items in your order?
Your order will ship once all items are available. If your presale items have different back-in-stock dates, we'll hold your entire order and process everything together on the latest date.

Presale + in-stock items in the same order?
Your full order will ship together once the presale inventory arrives.
If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order
SHIPPING TIMES AND FEES
Domestic Standard Shipping
- 4–10 business days from the date your order ships
- $12 for orders under $100
- Free on orders over $100
- Shipped via USPS or DHL
Express Shipping
- 2 business days after processing
- $25 via FedEx
- Orders placed before 12 PM ET cut-off time will be processed the same business day
Orders placed after cut-off will be processed the next business day
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Armed Forces Americas incur a $5 handling fee, in addition to standard USPS Ground Advantage shipping rates. USPS Priority Mail Express is also available at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (handling fee waived).
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We only deliver to PO boxes via standard shipping, please use a residential address for the express 2-Day shipping method. For Alaska, Hawaii and Armed Forces Americas, we offer Priority Mail via USPS. Unfortunately we aren't able to ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS
Our fulfillment team works very fast to ensure that orders are shipped promptly. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee order cancellations or requests to edit orders but we will do our absolute best to accommodate them where we can! Email any requests to our Customer Experience team: hello@itsbodily.com
