HOW DO I START A RETURN?

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please note there are variations on return eligibility for each of our products (detailed below). There is a $5 returns processing fee for all returns.

For products eligible for return, the return must be initiated and mailed within 30 days of receipt. The returned products must be undamaged and unwashed, with original tags and packaging included. Refunds will be processed for eligible returns upon processing.

Return eligibility by product:

  • Bras & Individual sale items: We accept returns on most individual items, provided they are undamaged and have original tags attached. Bras, socks, and other non-panty apparel may be tried on, but we cannot accept returns for any item that shows signs of wear or is missing it's original tags.
  • Panties: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on panties or personal care products that have been opened. Image verification is required to request a return.
  • Bundles, Multi-packs & Sets: Packs and bundles must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns of packs, bundles or sets.
  • Kits: Kits (excluding Pregnancy Loss Kits) are eligible for return if all items are unopened, include original packaging, and have Bodily tags attached. Partial returns of kits are not accepted. Please note: Pregnancy Loss Kits are final sale and not eligible for return due to the sensitive nature of these products..
  • Lactation & Restore Lattes: Unopened Lattes may be returned, however image verification is required to request a return.
  • *Due to the sensitive nature of this experience, Pregnancy Loss Products are not eligible for return. This includes Pregnancy Loss Kits, Mesh Underwear, Support Book, and our Remembrance Bracelet.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY BODILY PURCHASE?
We don’t offer exchanges, but feel free to return your unopened product and place another order if you’re looking for something else. See our Return Policy above for qualifying items. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN A GIFT?
We’ll happily give you a credit if you’re looking for something else, or we can refund the original purchaser. Please reach out to hello@itsbodily.com to start your return! 

HELP! ONE OF MY ITEMS IS MISSING OR DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re sorry to hear that! If any of your items arrive missing or damaged, please email hello@itsbodily.com and we’ll be able to help immediately. (For damaged items, we may ask for a photo to help avoid these problems in the future.
