WHEN WILL MY BODILY ORDER SHIP?
Once your order is placed, you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received it. Once your order has been fulfilled, we’ll send you an email confirmation which includes your package tracking number. You can also find that tracking number by logging into your Bodily account.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Domestic ground shipping (4-10 business days) is $8 for orders under $100 or free for orders over $100. We also offer expedited shipping (3-5 business days) for $15, and express shipping (2 business days) for $25. Returns incur a flat $5 restocking fee.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship only within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping zones.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our products are eligible for return as long as a return is initiated within 30 days of receipt. Please note: All returns incur a flat $5 restocking fee.
- Postpartum Recovery Kits and Breastfeeding Kits: Our kits are returnable within 30 days of receipt, as long as you send yours back with individual products unopened, Bodily tags attached and original packaging included.
- Pregnancy Loss Kits: Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges of our Care for Miscarriage or Care for Stillbirth Boxes due to the sensitive nature of these products.
- Individual sale items: We also accept returns of unopened products sold individually within 30 days of receipt. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns of panties that have been opened. Bras, socks and apparel may be tried on, but we cannot accept returns of any item that has signs of being worn.
- Bundles & Multi-packs: Packs and bundles must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns of packs or bundles.
- Jewelry: Remembrance Bracelets are final sale.
- Sets: Sets include Socks, Panty, and a Bra. These items are sold at a discount when purchased as a set. Panties and socks are final sale. Bras with their original tags and no visible signs of wear are eligible for return. When returning the bra from a set, the refund will be equal to the discounted price of the bra rather than its standalone full price. Please email email@example.com to initiate the return of your bra.
- All items included in the Sale section are final sale and not eligible for return.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY BODILY PURCHASE?
We don’t offer exchanges, but feel free to return your unopened product and place another order if you’re looking for something else. See our Return Policy above for qualifying items.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN A GIFT?
We’ll happily give you a credit if you’re looking for something else, or we can refund the original purchaser. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return!
HELP! ONE OF MY ITEMS IS MISSING OR DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re sorry to hear that! If any of your items arrive missing or damaged, please email email@example.com and we’ll be able to help immediately. (For damaged items, we may ask for a photo to help avoid these problems in the future.
