HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Please note there are variations on return eligibility for each of our products (detailed below). There is a $5 returns processing fee for all returns.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For products eligible for return, the return must be initiated and mailed within 30 days of receipt. The returned products must be undamaged and unwashed, with original tags and packaging included. Refunds will be processed for eligible returns upon processing.
Return eligibility by product:
- Bras, Panties & Individual sale items: We accept returns of most products sold individually, undamaged with tags attached. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns of panties or personal care products that have been opened. Bras, socks and other non-panty apparel may be tried on, but we cannot accept returns of any item that shows signs of being worn or is missing original tags.
- Bundles, Multi-packs & Sets: Packs and bundles must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns of packs, bundles or sets.
- Kits: Our kits (excluding pregnancy loss kits) are returnable, as long as they are sent back with individual products unopened, Bodily tags attached and original packaging included. We do not accept partial returns of our kits. Please note our Pregnancy Loss Kits are final sale (non-returnable) due to the sensitive nature of these products.
- Lactation & Restore Lattes: For health & safety reasons, these products are final sale.
- Remembrance Bracelets: Due to the sensitive nature of this experience, this item is final sale.
- *Final Sale: Lactation Lattes, Restore, Pregnancy Loss Products are not eligible for return.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY BODILY PURCHASE?
We don’t offer exchanges, but feel free to return your unopened product and place another order if you’re looking for something else. See our Return Policy above for qualifying items.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN A GIFT?
We’ll happily give you a credit if you’re looking for something else, or we can refund the original purchaser. Please reach out to email@example.com to start your return!
HELP! ONE OF MY ITEMS IS MISSING OR DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re sorry to hear that! If any of your items arrive missing or damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be able to help immediately. (For damaged items, we may ask for a photo to help avoid these problems in the future.
