WHEN WILL MY BODILY ORDER SHIP?
Due to the impact of Covid-19, all carriers are experiencing unprecedented volume and delays. As a result, your package may take longer than usual to reach its destination. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Once your order is placed, you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received it. Orders placed by 2pm ET typically ship out the same day, but orders may take up to 3 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been fulfilled, we’ll send you an email confirmation which includes your package tracking number. You can also find that tracking number by logging into your Bodily account.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Domestic ground shipping (3-10 business days) is $6.50 for orders under $90 or free for orders over $90, and we partner with DHL and USPS for delivery. We also offer expedited shipping (2-5 business days) via UPS for $12, and express shipping (2 business days) via UPS for $25. Returns incur a flat $5 restocking fee.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to the continental United States. We only deliver to PO boxes via standard shipping - expedited and express shipping to PO boxes is not available at this moment. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping zones.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our products are eligible for return as long as a return is initiated within 30 days of receipt. Please note: All returns incur a flat $5 restocking fee. Returns must be mailed within 15 days of receiving the return label to be refunded. Items shipped back to us more than 15 days after return approval will receive store credit only.
- Kits: Our kits are returnable within 30 days of receipt, as long as you send yours back with individual products unopened, Bodily tags attached and original packaging included.
- Individual sale items: We also accept returns of unopened products sold individually within 30 days of receipt. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns of panties that have been opened. Bras, socks and apparel may be tried on, but we cannot accept returns of any item that has signs of being worn.
- Bundles & Multi-packs: Packs and bundles must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns of packs or bundles.
- All items included in the Sale section are final sale and not eligible for return.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY BODILY PURCHASE?
We don’t offer exchanges, but feel free to return your unopened product and place another order if you’re looking for something else. We would be happy to waive the restocking fee on your return! See our Return Policy above for qualifying items.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN A GIFT?
We’ll happily give you a credit if you’re looking for something else, or we can refund the original purchaser. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return!
HELP! ONE OF MY ITEMS IS MISSING OR DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re sorry to hear that! If any of your items arrive missing or damaged, please email email@example.com and we’ll be able to help immediately. (For damaged items, we may ask for a photo to help avoid these problems in the future.
