For drinks: Add 3.5 tbsp of Spiced Vanilla or 4 tbsp of Cacao to a mug, then add hot or cold liquid and blend.


For food: Add 3.5 tbsp of Spiced Vanilla or 4 tbsp of Cacao to oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, and more.

Suggested Use:

• Pour coffee over the mixture for a creamy and flavorful cup of joe
• Mix with hot water or milk for a creamy nourishing treat
• Stir into plain oatmeal for a lactogenic breakfast
• Blend into a creamy smoothie for lactation milkshake pick-me-up

Why don't we include Fenugreek?
Thyroid complications — hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism — are more common during pregnancy. Because fenugreek has been shown to affect the thyroid, we do not use it as a base ingredient.

Why don't we include Brewer's Yeast?
Studies have shown that Brewer’s Yeast can cause adverse reactions in some people, most commonly weight gain, stomach cramps, dry mouth, and nausea. Unlike several lactation cookie brands that use Brewer's Yeast as a binder, Bodily's Lactation Lattes don't contain Brewer's Yeast in our formulation

Why aren't we labeled "gluten free"?
While the blend is technically gluten free and contains gluten free ingredients, we are in the process of rigorously testing to make sure that each Lactation Latte is compliant with FDA standards for this allergen.

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return. Returns with store credit are free, or choose a refund to your original payment method for a $12 processing fee. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.

Here's some good news for the holiday season: we've extended our return window to give you a little breathing room. If you placed your order between 11/8/2025 and 12/15/2025, you have until 1/15/2026 to complete your return. This doesn't apply to Final Sale or excluded items (below). 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on underwear, nursing pads, lattes, belly bands or Final Sale items. If you purchased bundles or multi-packs, we'll need the full set back – we can't accept partial returns.
