Repeat after us: I deserve this.

This is more than *just* an eye mask. It’s a bit of inspiration, reminding you to prioritize yourself and create a moment of rest whenever you need it.

From endless middle-of-the-night bathroom trips in pregnancy, to bright lights and around-the-clock exams at the hospital after delivery, to the 24-hour feeding cycle of the first few months, to everything else, sleep can be hard to come by as a parent. Hand off that next diaper change to a supporter and claim the rest you deserve.

The Eye Mask makes it easier to create your own restful conditions, anytime, anywhere. We took a pillow-soft cushion and wrapped it in our bestselling cloud-like fabric to help you block light for faster, deeper, more luxurious sleep through every stage.

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

Easy Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return. Returns with store credit are free, or choose a refund to your original payment method for a $12 processing fee. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.

Here's some good news for the holiday season: we've extended our return window to give you a little breathing room. If you placed your order between 11/8/2025 and 12/15/2025, you have until 1/15/2026 to complete your return. This doesn't apply to Final Sale or excluded items (below).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on underwear, nursing pads, lattes, belly bands or Final Sale items. If you purchased bundles or multi-packs, we'll need the full set back – we can't accept partial returns.

Why does sleep matter so much?

Why does sleep matter so much?

Sleep issues during pregnancy are common during pregnancy, with up to 78% of people reporting some type of sleep issues during pregnancy. In the third trimester, 98% of people experience frequent night-time waking, and 15% develop Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS).

Here are some tips that can help:
  • If you’re comfortable sleeping on your side, try placing a pillow between your knees to support your hips and legs and make it easier to stay asleep.
  • Create a bedtime routine that includes things like a warm bath, some light reading, a dark room or high-quality eye mask, and dim lights to guide your bathroom trips
  • Avoid screens and caffeine close to bedtime, and skip late afternoon naps
  • Exercise earlier in the day (at least 4-6 hours before bedtime) to allow your body adequate time to relax.
