We want you to feel supported and comfortable in your Bodily pieces especially during such an important season of life. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help make it easy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from your delivery date to return or exchange items.

How do I start a return or exchange?

You can begin your return or exchange anytime through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

It’s simple, guided, and will walk you through each step—whether you’d like to exchange, receive store credit, or request a refund.

What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed 

  • In original condition 

  • With tags still attached 

For multi-item packs, all items must be returned together.

What items are final sale (not eligible for return/exchange)?

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Underwear 

  • Nursing pads 

  • Belly bands 

  • Lattes

What are my return options?

  • Exchanges (Free)

You can exchange your item for a different size or color at no cost.

If you choose a different product, any price difference will be applied at checkout—so you can easily upgrade or switch to what feels best for you.

  • Store Credit (Free)

You can choose store credit, which will be issued once your return is on its way to us. Store Credit / Gift cards are sent via email and no fees applied and can be used anytime without expiration. 

  • Refunds

If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, a $12 processing fee will be deducted from your total refund. Refunds are issued once your return is received and processed.

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that gives you extra peace of mind.

If you opted in or added it during checkout, you’ll receive:

  • Free return shipping 

  • Free exchanges 

  • Package protection (for lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries) 

If something happens to your package, you can file a claim directly through the portal. From there, you’ll be able to choose what works best for you—whether that’s a replacement order (if inventory is available), store credit to use anytime, or a refund to your original form of payment.

What happens after I submit my return?

Once your return is submitted:

  • Follow the instructions provided in the portal.

  • Pack your item(s) securely and attach your return label.

  • Drop it off with the listed carrier.

From there:

  • Exchanges: 

    • For even exchanges, your replacement order is created once your return is on its way back to us.

    • For exchanges with a price difference, your new order will be created once the balance is settled and your return is in transit.

  • Store Credit: Issued once your return is in transit.

  • Refunds: Processed once your return is received and inspected. Refunds to your original form of payment are typically completed within 5–7 business days after processing
