When will my Bodily order ship?

Orders that are received by 2pm EST Monday-Friday are shipped same day. Our warehouse is closed for the weekend and major holidays. Orders that are placed during these times will be shipped on the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Domestic ground shipping (4-10 business days) is $8 for orders under $100 or free for orders over $100, and we partner with UPS, USPS, and FEDEX for delivery. We also offer 2-day priority shipping for $25. If you need to return your order, we will charge you a $5 restocking fee. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We only deliver to PO boxes via standard shipping - expedited and express shipping to PO boxes is not available at this moment. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping zones.


How do I start a return?

To access our Returns Portal, please click here. All In Panty singles and packs are eligible for return if unopened. Sets and bundles need to be returned in full. Please reach out directly to hello@itsbodily for return assistance with these items.

Can I exchange my Bodily purchase?

We’re happy to process a return for you! We don’t directly offer exchanges at this time, but you can initiate a new order for the preferred items. To get the return process started, please go to our return portal and follow the steps.

What's your return policy?

Our Kits are returnable within 30 days of receipt, as long as you send yours back with individual products unopened and original packaging included.

We also accept returns of products sold individually as long as they’re unopened. (Not sure if the items you received were part of a Kit? See what’s included here.)  Any opened underwear is final sale (for hygienic reasons).

We don’t offer exchanges, but feel free to return your unopened product and place another order if you’re looking for something else. See our Return Policy above for qualifying items.

What if I need to return a gift?

We’ll happily give you a credit if you’re looking for something else, or we can refund the original purchaser. Send us a note at with your Order # to start the return process.

Help! One of my items is missing or damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! If any of your items arrive missing or damaged, please email and we’ll be able to help immediately. (For damaged items, we may ask for a photo to help avoid these problems in the future.)
