Shipping

When will my Bodily order ship?

Orders that are received by 2pm EST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. Our warehouse is closed for the weekend and major holidays. Orders that are placed during these times will be shipped on the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Domestic ground shipping (4-10 business days) is $8, for orders under $100 we partner with USPS for Standard Shipping and FedEx for Express Shipping. Please note that our $25 2 Business Day Shipping does not account for processing time. 

Returns are provided with a prepaid shipping label.. Refunds are provided to original payment method minus a $5 return processing fee.
Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We only deliver to PO Boxes via Standard Shipping. 2 Day Shipping is not available to PO Boxes.

Can I exchange my Bodily purchase?

We’re happy to process a return for you! We don’t directly offer exchanges at this time, but you can initiate a new order for the preferred items. To get the return process started, please go to our return portal and follow the steps.

What's your return policy?

Kits (excluding pregnancy loss kits): are returnable, as long as they are sent back with individual products unopened, Bodily tags attached and original packaging included. We do not accept partial returns of our kits. Please note our Pregnancy Loss Kits are final sale (non-returnable) due to the sensitive nature of these products.

Bras, Panties & Individual sale items: Bras, Panties & Personal Care Products: These items are eligible for return as long as the original tags are attached or they are unopened in the original packaging. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns of panties or personal care products that have been opened. Bras, socks and other non-panty apparel may be tried on, but we cannot accept returns of any item that shows signs of being worn or is missing original tags.

Lactation Lattes: If unopened, Lactation Latte & Restore Latte are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. If opened, Lactation Latte & Restore Latte are not eligible for return.

We don’t offer exchanges, but feel free to return your unopened product and place another order if you’re looking for something else. See our Return Policy above for qualifying items.

What if I need to return a gift?

We’ll happily give you a credit if you’re looking for something else, or we can refund the original purchaser. Send us a note at hello@itsbodily.com with your Order # to start the return process.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items are non-returnable. For any questions regarding final sale items, feel free to contact our customer support team at hello@itsbodily.com.

Help! One of my items is missing or damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! If any of your items arrive missing or damaged, please email hello@itsbodily.com and we’ll be able to help immediately. (For damaged items, we may ask for a photo to help avoid these problems in the future.)
